| 摘 要： | 基于自然地形地质条件的建设用地评价是城市总体规划选择建设用地和控制城市空间布局发展方向的重要依据之一.在对铜陵市地质环境综合分析的基础上,考虑城市地质灾害因素,提出了具有针对性的用地评价分类标准,界定了各类用地的具体范围.

| Abstract: | The urban landuse evaluation based on nature topographic and geological condition is one of the most important bases which can be used to choose urban land and control the layout of urban space in comprehensive planning. Through synthetically analyzing the geological environment and considering the geological disaster factors of Tongling city, this paper presents the targeted landuse evaluation criteria and defines the specific scope of different landuse type. |
