| 摘 要： | 针对地方院校应用型本科人才培养的特点,提出了校企合作培养人才的意义。通过调研校企合作情况;校企双方共建专业,联合修订人才培养方案;研究人才培养模式改革;搭建校企合作教学与科研平台等方面探索校企合作培养应用型人才模式,并介绍了学校的实践成果,提出了校企合作过程中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | The significance of cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise was put forward according to characteristics of local colleges applied undergraduate talents. University-enterprise cooperation was investigated; majors were builded; talent cultivating program was revised unitedly; the reform of talent cultivating mode was researched; and platform of teaching and scientific researching was constructed, which were used to explore applied talent cultivation mode in university - enterprise cooperation. While the practical achievements of the school were announced and the existing problems were proposed in the progress of university - enterprise cooperation. |
