摘 要: | 介绍了尿素装置节能技术改造的方案。本方案实施后,尿素装置节约蒸汽98400 t/a,节约循环水2496万t/a,节约合成氨960t/a,折算节标煤共计16221.02 t/a,节能效益明显,其综合能耗可达到先进水平。

Abstract: | Introduced the program of the technological transformation to save energy in urea plant. After the implementation of this program, Urea plant could save 98400t/a of stream, 24960 kt/a of circulating water, 960t/a of synthesis ammonia. 16221.02 t/a of standard coal could be saved, and the energy - saving benefit was obvious. Comprehensive energy of urea plant could reach the advanced level. |
