3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠的合成研究

摘    要:以环氧氯丙烷和亚硫酸氢钠为原料合成出3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠,考察了亚硫酸氢钠与水的质量比、亚硫酸氢钠与环氧氯丙烷物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间对产率的影响,并用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。实验表明,亚硫酸氢钠与水的质量比为1.2:1,亚硫酸氢钠与环氧氯丙烷物质量比为1:1.2,反应温度75℃,反应时间1h,产率最高,为95%。

Abstract:Sodium 3 - Chloro - 2 - Hydroxy Propanesulfonate was from epiehlorohydrin and sodium bisulfite. The effect of mass ratio of sodium bisulfite and water, molar ratio of epichlorohydrin and sodium bisulfite, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield was investigated. The structure of the product was characterized by IR spectrum. Under optimal reaction conditions: m ( sodium bisulfite) :m ( water ) = 1.2:1, n (epichlorohydrln) :n ( sodium bisulfite ) = 1 : 1.2, reaction temperature 75℃,reaction time lh,the yield reaches the highest, it was 95%.
