氧-乙炔火焰喷涂涂层的耐磨性能研究

摘    要:利用氧-乙炔火焰喷涂制备涂层,通过磨粒磨损试验的方法,在相同的试验条件下,比较低碳钢和火焰喷涂层的耐磨损性能,利用扫描电镜观察涂层的断面组织,试验的结果表明,火焰喷涂涂层的耐磨损性能优于低碳钢的耐磨性能。

Abstract:The flame sprayed Ni40 alloy coating was formed by oxygen acetylene flame,the abrasion behavior of mild steel and flame sprayed coating were compared under the same experiment condition.The structure of the flame sprayed coating was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The experiement result shows that the abrasion behavior of flame sprayed coating is better than that of mild steel.
