摘    要: 介绍了启停式曲轴驱动摆动飞剪的结构形式;对其运动特性和动态特性进行了深入分析,通过理论计算确定剪切速度和电机转速的对应关系,并绘出了剪刃运动轨迹图,理论计算推导和实践调试结果一致,从而为这种飞剪的调试和控制提供了理论指导;推荐在高速薄板生产线上使用这种飞剪。

Abstract:The structure of the swing flying shear driven by the crankshaft with switch on-off method was introduced. Its motion characteristics and dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The relationship between the cutting speed and the motor speed was determined by the theoretical calculation, and the cutting edge trajectory figure was drawn. Theoretical calculation and practical test results is consistent, which provides theoretical guidance for debugging and controlling the flying shear. This type of flying shear is recommended for use in high-speed sheet production line.
