某锰银矿富银浸出渣的硫脲浸出研究

摘    要:对云南某锰银矿采用生物质还原剂-硫酸介质下预处理, 得到的富银渣采用硫脲法进行银的富集试验研究。得出最佳试验条件为: 矿样的粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占75%左右, 浸出pH值为1.5, 硫脲用量10 kg/t, 浸出温度35 ℃, 浸出时间3 h, 浸出液固比4∶1。在最佳试验条件下银的回收率达到78%以上。硫脲法具有选择性好、无毒性等优点。

Abstract:Pretreatment of Yunnan manganese-silver ore was carried out with biomass as reductant in sulfuric acid. The enrichment experiment was made on the obtained silver-rich residues using thiourea method. The optimum experimental conditions are as follows: size fraction of ore sample of 75% -0.074 mm, leaching pH value of 1.5, thiourea dosage of 10 kg/t, leaching temperature of 35 ℃, leaching time of 3 hours and leaching liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1. Under the optimal conditions, the recovery of silver reached to more than 78%. The thiourea method has the advantages of good selectivity and non-toxicity.
