电缆用氯化聚乙烯橡胶护套配方研究

摘    要:以氯化聚乙烯为骨架材料,研究了一般通用橡皮护套配方,在对硫化、补强填充、增塑、偶联、老化和稳定体系进行选择后,确定了该护套橡胶的优化配方;对橡胶护套性能进行了测定。实验结果表明,护套橡胶性能优良,胶料的加工工艺简单。

Abstract:The recipe of general rubber's sheath was reseached. CPE was used as the base polymer. The sheath recipe has been determined basing on curing system, filling reinforcing system, plasticizing and coupling system, aging and stabilizing system after experiment. The properties of the cable sheath were tested. The test results showed that the rubber recipe system was excellent and the mixing processing of rubber compound was simple.
