化肥厂一段转化炉上发夹管开裂原因分析

摘    要:对长期停用的化肥厂一段转化炉上发夹管热影响区焊缝开裂的原因进行了分析,结果表明,裂纹是由晶问腐蚀所诱导的硫化物应力腐蚀开裂所造成的。建议对于长期停用的不锈钢设备,不但对内壁要进行充氮保护,而且对焊缝的外表面也要加强防护,如涂刷涂料并做好防雨水措施。

Abstract:The analysis of the causes of cracking of welds in heat affected zone of hairpin pipe in the idle 1 st-stage reforming furnace in a ammonia plant concludes that the cracking is caused by sulfide stress corrosion cracking induced by intergranular corrosion. It suggested that, for the idle stainless steel equipment, the internal wall should be protected by nitrogen while the external welds be protected by effective coatings. In addition, weather protection should be considered.
