严寒、寒冷地区居住建筑节能指标研究

摘    要:不同气候区和节能标准对建筑围护结构和采暖空调系统的要求有所不同。本文把建筑节能率分为绝对节能率和相对节能率,厘清了严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑的节能率和能耗分配,而后根据居住建筑节能标准建立计算模型,量化了围护结构、采暖系统的节能率和能耗分配的绝对值。本研究有助于明确居住建筑节能的阶段成果和发展方向,推动建筑节能工作的深入开展。

Abstract:According to the different climatic zones and different energy-saving standards,there are different demands on building envelope and HVAC systems.In this paper,the energy-saving rate was separated into the absolute one and the relative one.The difference between energy-saving rate and energy allocation were achieved for cold and severe cold areas.Furthermore,the computational model was established based on the energy-saving standard,and the distribution of energy-saving rate among each part of the building envelope,heating system and energy allocation was quantified.The study was helpful for understanding the stage achievements and development directions of energy-saving work for residential buildings,also could stimulate the further development of building energy-saving.
