摘    要:采用AVL Boost软件模拟的气缸压力和ANSYS软件模拟的缸套、活塞的变形作为输入条件,用多体动力学软件对四缸柴油机活塞的几种结构形式进行了动力学计算与分析。研究了活塞轮廓、刚度以及活塞销偏置对活塞运动、活塞与缸套接触压力的影响。改变活塞轮廓对改善活塞运动有明显效果,且改动成本较小;减小活塞刚度有利于减小活塞与缸套平均接触压力;活塞销偏置量变化对发动机活塞运动没有明显影响。研究结果表明:当前设计的活塞基本满足使用要求,但仍然有优化空间。

Dynamics Analysis of Piston

Abstract:According to cylinder pressure calculated by AVL Boost and cylinder liner deformation and piston deformation calculated by ANSYS,the dynamic calculation of piston is carried out by using multi-body dynamics software in a 4-cylinder diesel engine.The effects on piston motion and contact forces between piston and cylinder liner for piston contour,piston stiffness and piston pin offset are studied.Improvement on the piston contour has great influence on piston motion,and the cost for this improvement is less.The average contact force between piston and cylinder liner can be decreased if the stiffness of piston is decreased.There is less influence on piston motion for the offset of piston pin.The results of the study indicate that the current piston contour can satisfy the base need of use,and there is also the potential of optimization.
