干法制备接枝淀粉浆料的性能研究

摘    要:探讨干法制备接枝淀粉浆料的性能.采用干法制备工艺,在化学引发剂引发条件下制备一种新型接枝淀粉浆料.分析了引发剂和反应温度对接枝率的影响.通过测试不同接枝率的接枝淀粉对涤棉混纺纱的上浆效果,优选出能够达到最佳上浆效果的接枝率.应用结果表明,所得接枝淀粉能一定比例地替代PVA用于经纱上浆.

Abstract:Perperty of dry preparation graft starch size mixture was discussed. New graft starch size mixture was prepared in the condition of adopting dry preparation processing and initiator triggering. Effect of initiator and reaction temperatnre on starch graft degree were analysed. Through testing sizing effect of different graft degree starch on polyester cotton blended yam, graft degree with better sizing effect was optimized. The result shows that dry preparation graft starch size mixture could replace PVA partially in warp sizing.
