Abstract:Microwave dielectric ceramics of Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2 were prepared by solid state reaction.The relationships between sintering behavior,phase composition,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2 ceramics were investigated by density,XRD,SEM,et al.The solid solution of Ba3Ti5Nb6O28 is formed when x is below 0.2.The secondary phase of Ba3Ti4Nb4O21 appears with x beyond 0.2.Ba3Ti4Nb4O21 becomes major phase for x=1.The Ba3Ti5+xNb6-xO28-x/2 ceramics with excellent microwave die...
