一种爆炸水雾灭火弹的设计

设计了一种水雾灭火弹,由弹壳、盐水和药柱3部分组成,使用时将弹体机械抛射或直升机空投到火场,在火场上空爆炸产生水雾,解决了雾状水喷射距离短的难题。同时,水雾中含有大量的消焰剂和爆炸产生冲击波超压,也能辅助灭火。弹体采用特殊的形状和结构,使壳体主体部分能相互重叠地摞起来,减小了体积,有利于运输。各组成部分能够迅速组装为整体,可在火场附近水源处就地组装,从一定程度上解决了灭火水源的问题,可实现连续灭火。弹体外壳选用碳纤维复合材料,能使爆炸水雾抛撒更加均匀,产生更强的爆炸冲击波,且不产生伤害消防人员的爆炸破片。试验表明爆炸水雾能够扑灭汽油火和柴油火。
