| 摘 要： | 通过建立采矿过程中质量控制模型,采用过程预防、过程控制及质量改进等手段,在过程诊断中找出了质量控制方法和重点控制问题,从而提高了采矿质量。在产量增加373414t的情况下,出矿品位提高1.39个百分点,选矿废石甩出率降低2.81个百分点,年直接经济效益2000万元以上。

| Abstract: | Through the establishment of the mining process quality control model,using the process prevention,process control and quality improvement and other means found out quality control methods and focus of control in the course diagnosis,thereby enhancing the quality of mining. Production increased by 373 414 t in the case,a 1.39 percentage point increase ore grade,ore dressing waste rock thrown to reduce the rate of 2.81 percent,the annual direct economic benefit of 20 million Yuan above. |
