摘    要:为研究碳纤维复合芯导线在500 kV新建架空输电线路工程中的应用前景,以500 kV典型单回交流线路为案例,针对常规630 mm2铝截面钢芯铝绞线,按照等载流量的原则,选取360~450 mm2铝截面的3种碳纤维复合芯软铝型线,计算对比分析碳纤维复合芯导线的载流量、弧垂特性、覆冰过载能力、负荷特性和摇摆角情况,比较各参选导线方案的初投资,采用年费用法分析参选导线的经济性,通过计算得到碳纤维复合芯导线的临界价格,总结碳纤维复合芯导线经济性方面的优势。

Abstract:In order to study the application prospect of aluminum conductor with reinforced core of carbon fiber (ACCC) in new 500 kV overhead power transmission line project, taking a typical 500 kV single circuit AC line as research object, three kinds of ACCCs with 360-450 mm2 aluminum sections were selected to compare for conventional 630 mm2 ACSR based on the principle of equal current-carrying capacity. Through the comparison of current-carrying capacity, sagging characteristics, icing overload capabilities, load characteristics and swing angles, and the comparison ofthe initial investment of different conductor schemes, the economic performance was analyzed with using annual cost method. Finally, the critical price of ACCC was calculated and the conditions for ACCC’s economy advantages were summarized.
