摘    要:秸秆还田机刀片设计是还田机设计的一个重要方面。刀片的形状选择及其几何参数的设计将直接影响到还田机的作业质量和能量消耗。针对秸秆还田机独特的结构及其工作原理,设计出了效果较好的弯刀片,分析了弯刀刀片的滑切性能及优点,为秸秆还田机刀具的设计提供了理论依据。

Improve design on blades of straw returning machine

Abstract:Blades design is a important aspect in the straw returning machine design. The Selection of blades type and the design of blade geometrical parameter will directly effect the working quality and energy consumption of straw returning machine. Considering the special structure and working principle of straw returning machine, better efficiency blade is designed, the sliding capability of simitar blades is analyzed, which offered theoretical argument for straw returning machine design.
