桦甸小颗粒油页岩复合黏结剂成型工艺研究

摘    要:采用黏土和聚乙烯醇按一定比例混合配制成复合黏结剂P-BN,以吉林桦甸粒径小于5 mm的小颗粒油页岩为原料,考察了成型工艺中黏结剂种类及加入量、水加入量、成型压力等条件对成型油页岩抗碎强度及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,适宜的成型条件为复合黏结剂P-BN加入量(占原料的质量分数)0.30%,水加入量20%,成型压力30 MPa;在上述优选条件下所制备成型油页岩的低温铝甑干馏出油率为12.03%,半焦收率为76.09%。

Abstract:A composite binder P- BN was pre- pared by mixing clay and and polyvinyl alcohol in a certain ratio. The influence of type and content of the composite binder, the content of water and the moulding pressure on the crush strength and thermal stability of moulded oil shale was investigated. The results showed that the suitable moulding conditions were :the mass fraction of binder PB - N in raw material 0.30% ,the mass fraction of water in oil shale and water 20% , moulding pressure 30 MPa. With the oil shale moulded at above conditions as raw material of low temperature dry distillation in a aluminum retort,the yield of shale oil was 12.03% and of semi - coke 76.09%.
