摘    要:介绍了中国石油庆阳石化分公司60万t/a催化重整装置再生碱液单元的运行情况,分析了该单元易发生堵塞的原因,并考察了在不停工情况下烟气反吹、蒸汽吹扫、水洗等方法对堵塞的处理效果.结果表明,再生烟气中的HCl,CO2等酸性气与碱反应生成NaCl,Na2CO3等可溶性盐,易造成冷却器、混合器等设备发生堵塞现象,致使碱液循环量、碱洗罐压力、再生烟气循环量等3个关键工艺参数持续下降;选取水洗法进行处理,即控制碱洗罐的碱液液位从正常工况的45%降低为10%,然后补充大量脱盐水,将碱液液位补充至45%,对碱液混合器及冷却器进行冲洗,可使工艺参数在1.5h后恢复正常.

Abstract:The running situation of catalyst regeneration alkaline wash unit in O.6 Mt/a catalytic reforming plant of Qingyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,was introduced.The causes of blockage in the unit were analysed,and the treatment results of flue gas back blowing,steam blowing and washing methods were compared without shutdown.The results showed that the acid gases such as HCl,CO2 in regeneration flue gas could react with alkaline to generate soluble salts NaCl and Na2CO3,thus resulting in the blockage in mixer and the gradual decrease of 3 key of alkaline circulating rate,alkaline wash tank pressure and regeneration flue gas circulating rate.The washing process was selected to treat the blockage,firstly,the level of alkaline was decreased 45% in normal operating mode to 10%,and then a great deal desalted water was added to the level of 45%,after that,the alkaline mixer and cooler were washed.The operation parameters could return to normal values within 1.5 h.
