摘    要:介绍了中国石油大庆炼化分公司20万t/a异构脱蜡工业装置运行过程中出现的反应器压差波动的异常情况,分析了产生该现象的主要原因,并进行了相应的技术改造.结果表明,高压换热器限流是引起反应器压差波动的主要原因.通过采取更新高压换热器,使总换热面积由342 m2增加至504 m2,增幅约47.4%;更换高压换热器的管程和壳层介质流程;新增1组原料油反冲洗过滤器,滤芯精度由改造前的25 μm提高至20μm等措施,使装置处理量达到设计最大值40 t/h,反应器压差约为0.30 MPa,未发生波动.

Abstract:The abnormal situation of reactor pressure difference fluctuation appeared in the 200 k/a iso-dewaxing unit of Daqing Refining & Chemical Company,PetroChian was introduced,the main causes were analyzed,and the corresponding technical revamping were carried out.The results showed that the flow restraction of high pressure heat exchangers were the main cause of reactor pressure difference fluctuation.The old high pressure heat exchangers were renewed,thus increasing the total heat transfer area from 342 m2 to 504 m2,an increase of about 47.4%.The flow pathes of mediums were exchanged,and a set of feedstock backwashing filter which accuracy was increased from 25 μm to 20 μm.After revamping,the productive capacity of the unit reached the design maximum of 40 t/h,and reactor pressure was 0.30 MPa without fluctuation.
