摘    要:通过水力学模型实验,研究了非对称中间包的流场和流动分布。实验通过在中间包模型内加挡渣堰、“V”型挡墙及“U”型挡墙,并调整挡墙上开孔的倾角和位置来控制流体流动的方式,从而使流场得以改善,满足生产和实际要求,保证连铸机的正常操作和铸坯质量。

Abstract:By means of hydraulic model trial,the flow field nd flow distributing in unsymmetrical tundish are studied.It indicates that the internal structure of tundish is not good dnough.The flow field in tundish is improved and the production reauirements are met by adding weir,"V"and"U"shape walls,and adjusting the feasible angle and position of holes opened on the walls,thereby the normal operation of continuous casting and the quality of casting billet are assured.
