城市更新改造与历史文化保护的探讨

我国正在经历史无前例的快速城市化过程，城市改造与更新并举。分析了当前旧城改造过程中普遍存在的简单化拆迁重建、局部改造、居民需求与尊重城市历史格局、延续社会生活脉络的冲突以及粗放型更新改造与资源永续利用的矛盾，结合上海市的实际情况，提出建立有效适用的旧城改造运行机制的构想。

The Discussion of Urban Renewal and Historic Cultural Conservation

China is experiencing an unprecedented rapid urbanization process, This paper analyzes the common problems during the traditional cities＇ regeneration, such as the collision and contradiction between the region-whole renewal,case decision and partial redevelopment,inhabitation need, historic structure and scene preservation, with the concern of sustainable development. Then, the author proposes a mechanism to guide the traditional cities＇ regeneration based on the practices.
