用英安岩和粉煤灰合成ZSM—5分子筛研究

摘    要:分别以英安岩和粉煤灰为原料,采用自徨压力下水热合成方法,以四百丙基溴化铵为模板剂,通过F离子存在的微酸性介质和碱性介质两人途径,均合成ZSM-5分子筛。样品晶胞参数为:a=2.011nm,b=1.998nm,c=1.337nm。该分子筛孔道畅通,热稳定性高,要用于高温反应催化。

Abstract:ZSM 5 molecular sieve was synthesized from dacite and fine coal ash respectively in hydrothermal system at autogeneous pressure.The synthesis runs were carried out in basic medium and in weak acid medium respectively in the presence of F anion. The unit cell parameters of the sample are:a=2.011nm,b=1.998nm,c=1.337nm.The molecutar sieve has got opened pores and high thermal stability and can be used as catalyst at high temperature.
