摘    要:设计了一种基于UC3854控制的单相Boost型有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路,并针对传统APFC主电路中存在的冲击电流和输出电压纹波大等问题,并为了减小二极管反向恢复产生的冲击电流,对单相Boost型APFC主电路中升压电感进行了优化设计。设计中采用带中心抽头的三点式电感线圈结构,并在输出端采用脉动补偿的方法,以减小输出电压纹波。实验结果表明,优化后的单相Boost型APFC电路完全能够达到整流、升压、稳压、高输入功率因数、低纹波的目标。

Abstract:A single-phase Boost active power factor correction(APFC) circuit based on UC3854 is designed,and some de-fects in the circuit,such as current impact and high ripple of the output voltage are analyzed.A novel Boost power factor correction circuit with tapped inductance is proposed in order to reduce current impact of the diode reverse recovery.The ripple of the output voltage is decreased remarkably due to the pulse compensation circuit.Experimental results prove that the Boost APFC with the optimizing desi...
