| 摘 要： | 应用Hungate厌氧技术,从大庆油田常规水驱采出液中分离到一株硫酸盐还原功能菌株A9,进行形态、生理生化、16S rDNA以及16S-23S rDNA间隔区序列鉴定以及生长因子研究.该菌株为G ,短杆状,能运动,具有硫酸盐还原功能,产H2S,兼性厌氧;能以水溶性聚丙烯酰胺为唯一碳源;A9菌株与Anaerofilum pentosovorans(AP716816S)的相似性水平达98%,初步鉴定可能为Anaerofilum属的新种,暂时命名为Anaerofilum pentosovoransA9.生长因子及其正交试验结果表明,pH、温度都达到极显著的水平,聚合物影响达到显著水平;菌株最适生长pH为8.0,喜中性偏碱环境;最适温度为40℃,属于嗜中温菌;聚合物质量浓度为600 mg/L生长较好,菌株对降低聚合物黏度效果明显;总矿化度最适生长范围为1.5×103-2.5×104mg/L.
