摘    要:采用传统高温固相法合成了锂离子电池负极材料尖晶石型Li4Ti5O12,研究了Sn元素掺杂对Li4Ti5O12的影响。采用XRD、SEM、循环伏安、电化学阻抗图谱、恒流充放电测试研究了材料的晶体结构和电化学性能。结果表明:所制备的材料均具有良好的尖晶石型结构,Sn元素的掺杂有效地改善Li4Ti5O12电子导电性和循环性能,其中以ST2(nSn:nTi=1:9)为最佳,以0.5 C的倍率循环充放电,首次放电比容量可达到138.69mAh/g,50次循环后放电比容量仍保持在124.30mAh/g,容量保持率为89.62%。

Abstract:The cathode materials spinel Li4Ti5O12 for Li-ion battery were synthesized by high temperature solid-state method and the effects of tin doping on it.The crystal structuire and electrochemical performance of the materials were studied by XRD,SEM,cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests.The results showed that the prepared materials had perfect spinel structure,amang them,the material ST2(nSn:nTi=1:9)exhibited the best electrochemical performance,and then the battery was cycled at 0.5 C,the first discharge specific capacity was 138.69 mAh/g,After 50 cycles,the discharge specific capacity was 124.30 mAh/g and the capacity retention was above 89.62%.
