摘    要:梯级水电站联合优化调度系统是一个基于数据库、Matlab、C语言等软件联合开发的应用系统。该系统是在水流量预测和区域负荷预测的基础上,根据短期调度需求、调峰需求,通过优化算法最终得到各梯级水电站之间的负荷分配、站内机组出力以及机组组合状态。以重庆市某梯级水电站为例,仿真结果表明,该系统不仅能直观地反映机组出力,方便调度员发出调度命令,同时该系统的成功应用提高了梯级水电站的水能利用率、节约了发电成本。

Abstract:The combined optimal dispatching system of cascade hydropower stations is an application system developed in combination with the softwares of Database,Matlab,C language,etc. On the basis of the water flow-rate prediction and the power load forecasting,the statuses of the power load distribution,the in-station generating unit output and generating unit commitment in between all the cascade hydropower stations are finally obtained by this system through the algorithm for optimization in accordance with the short-term dispatching demand and the peak load regulation demand. By taking a cascade hydropower station system in Chongqing as a study case,the simulation result shows that this combined optimal dispatching system can not only intuitively reflect the generating unit output and conveniently issue the dispatching order,but can also enhance the water power utilization rate and save the cost of the power generation.
