无汞可充碱锰电池负极复合添加剂的研究

摘    要:通过锌膏集气实验、电池放充电实验及电池内阻测试,对无汞可充碱锰电池负极复合添加剂进行了研究.实验表明,含聚氧乙烯基的非离子表面活性剂和氢氧化铟具有缓蚀协同作用,该复合添加剂能够明显减缓电池的自放电,同时改善可充碱锰电池的电化学性能.

Abstract:Some composite additives to negative electrodes for mercury-free rechargeable alkaline manganese (RAM)batteries were investigated through gas collection experiments,discharging and charging experiments and internal resistance measurements.These experiments show that some nonionic surfactants,containing polyoxyethylene and In(OH)_3 have synergistic effect on suppressing corrosion.This kind of composite addi- tives can obviously reduce self-discharge of RAM batteries and improve their electrochemical performance.
