时序能耗液压系统节能设计新方法

摘    要:本文介绍一种以液压时序能耗平均值为设计依据,筛选出适合节能液压系统的2~4个特征压力源,以超级蓄能器、液压功率转换器和双压力驱动回路为技术手段,构建出一种多压力源、梯级负载蓄能站并实行主、辅工作泵制度的节能液压系统模型,应用该模型可以使现有液压系统节能率整体达到60%以上.

Abstract:Taking the average value of time-sequence energy consumption as a design basis,2~4 characteristic pressure sources suitable for energy-saving hydraulic system are selected.Taking the hydraulic accumulator,hydraulic power converter and dual pressure source driver circuits as the technical means,a cascade load hydraulic accumulator station with multiple-pressure source was built.A model of the energy-saving hydraulic system based on the regulation of main and auxiliary pumps was established.The application of the model can increase the energy-saving rate of the existing hydraulic system by more than 60%.
