面向锻件产品开发的知识建模方法及应用

摘    要:针对日前锻件产品开发的特点及存在的问题,规划了基于知识的锻件产品开发流程,并根据开发流程,结合开发知识的特点将知识划分为领域知识、实例知识和设计历史知识,提出了面向锻件产品开发的知识建模方法.本文采用规则/框架的综合表达方法对3种锻件产品开发知识进行组织建模,并利用面向对象方法将这3类知识模型集成构建了锻件产品开发知识集成模型.基于该建模方法和ASP.NET平台,采用面向对象语言C#,结合ORACLE数据库技术开发了锻件产品开发系统并得到了有效应用.

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristic of product development for forged pieces and problems existing in the process of the product development,the knowledge-based product development flow for forged pieces was proposed;the development knowledge was classified into three types,i.e.domain knowledge,case knowledge and knowledge of design history,in combination with development flow and the characteristics of development knowledge;and then a knowledge modeling approach was presented.These three kinds of development knowledge were modeled by a comprehensive expression method of rules/framework.The three types of knowledge models were integrated to build an integrated model of product development knowledge for forged pieces by means of the object-oriented method.On the basis of the modeling approach and ASP.NET platform,the product development system of forged piece was developed with the object-oriented language of C# and database technology of ORACLE.
