摘    要:介绍了鞍钢股份第三炼钢连轧厂260t转炉采用的新式上修转炉工艺的布置、操作过程、主要工艺设备及技术参数等,并将其与修炉塔上修转炉工艺和鞍钢传统上修转炉工艺相比较,阐述了新式上修转炉工艺的优点,通过鞍钢股份第三炼钢连轧厂1号、2号转炉修炉项目实际应用,该工艺简单实用、修炉的成本低,效率高.

Abstract:The layout,operation process,main equipments and technology parameters of a new type top-building converter used by 260 t converter in No.3 Steelmaking and Continuous Rolling Plant of Ansteel Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The technology of the new type top-building converter are compared with top-building converter on building-converter-tower and that of the traditional one used in Angang.The advantages of the new type top-building converter technology are elaborated.The actual application in the converter maintenance project for No.1 and No.2 converters in No.3 Steelmaking and Continuous Rolling Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.shows that the technology is simple and practical,and has characteristics of low cost,and high efficiency.
