摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯为钛源、Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备了一系列TiO2/Al2O3复合氧化物光催化剂。以光催化降解甲醛为探针反应,考察了催化剂的光催化活性。并采用XRD、SEM技术对催化剂进行了表征。考察了催化剂的焙烧温度、钛含量、反应温度等因素对甲醛光催化降解率的影响。结果表明:400℃是制备TiO2/Al2O3光催化剂的最佳焙烧温度;在TiO2负载质量为5.0%的复合氧化物光催化剂催化效果最好,甲醛的降解率达到58.4%。随着反应温度的升高,复合氧化物光催化剂的催化性能下降,由25℃时的58.4%的甲醛降解率下降到50℃时的4.8%。

Abstract:A series of composite oxide photocatalysts TiO2/Al2O3 were prepared by impregnation method,with tetrabutyl titanate as Ti source and Al2O3 as carrier.The photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde was taken as the probe reaction to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst,meanwhile,the physical properties of the photocatalyst were characterized by XRD and SEM.The effects of calcination temperature titanium content,reaction temperatures and some other factors of the photocatalyst,on the degradation rate of the formaldehyde were investigated.The results showed that: 400 ℃ was the optimal calcination temperature for the preparation of TiO2/Al2O3 photocatalyst;the best catalytic effect of the composite oxide photocatalyst was obtained when the loading of TiO2 was 5.0% and the removal rate of formaldehyde reached 58.4%.With the increasing of the reaction temperature,the catalytic performance of the composite oxide photocatalyst decreased,the removal rate of formaldehyde decreased from 58.4% at 25 ℃ to 4.8% at 50 ℃.
