汽车平顺性线性时域模拟及软件开发

摘    要:建立了汽车整车振动系统的八个自由度线性模型,在四轮相关随机路面激励的条件下,采用数值计算方法对整车振动进行了时域模拟和傅立叶谱分析,并通过试验验证了模拟方法准确性。进而本文对整个模拟过程进行了VisualC 可视化编程,编写的AVAS软件可实现平顺性的分析、预测和参数优化,可作为汽车平顺性设计的辅助工具。

Abstract:A linear model with 8 DOFs of automobile vibration syst em is built i n this paper. Using the multi-step linearization algorithm, the system vibratio n simulation as well as Fourier Spectral Analysis is carried out under the rando m road excitation with the correlation of four wheels. The comparison with the e xperiment data indicates that the simulation method proposed is enough accurate. Based on the above process, furthermore, a software named AVAS is developed by Visual C , which can be used as an accessorial tool to actualize analysis,pre diction and parameter optimization of the ride performance in automobile design.
