| 摘 要： | 介绍尿素生产工艺中尿素高压设备的腐蚀特点。腐蚀问题解决与否,是尿素装置能否安全稳定运行的关键。尿素高压圈设备的腐蚀除与金属材质、设备结构和加工工艺有关外,还与工艺条件和工艺管理有很大的关系,本文着重从工艺角度分析其原因和防治措施。

| Abstract: | This paper was focused on the introduction of the corrosion which was extensively exist in urea high pressure equipment.Besides metal material,equipment structure and process,the corrosion of high pressure urea circle equipment was drastically correlated to the condition and management of the technics.In this paper what we emphasized is to technically analyze the reason and prevention methods for this phenomenon. |
