高抗冲聚苯乙烯挤出发泡研究

摘    要:采用自由挤出发泡工艺研究了两种高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)低发泡的成型配方,讨论了发泡剂DDL、SBS和硬脂酸钙Ca(St)2]的用量对发泡制品的影响,利用SEM电镜和生物显微镜观察了制品的泡孔结构。结果表明,发泡剂用量为0.5份,SBS用量为10份和Ca(St)2用量为3份时,制品的泡孔比较均匀,机械性能良好。两种HIPS做发泡制品时效果基本一致。

Abstract:Formulas of low foaming extrusion of two types of HIPS were studied by means of free foam technology.The influence of the contents of foaming agents DDL-101,SBS and Ca(St) 2on the property of product was discussed.SEM and biological microscope were used to observe the foam structure of the product.The results showed that the product had uniform foam cell and good mechanical properties when the contents of foaming agent,SBS and Ca(St) 2were 0.5 phr,10 phr and 3 phr respectively.The properties of the products made from the two types of the HIPS were about the same.
