常减压蒸馏装置深减顶抽真空系统的改造设计

摘    要:中石化金陵分公司Ⅲ常减压蒸馏装置原有深减压抽真空系统的一二三级抽真空均采用蒸汽抽真空,抽空器后冷却器采用湿式空冷及普通水冷进行冷却,腐蚀结垢严重,冷却效果不佳,深减压塔系统真空度波动,需进行更新改造,改造采用二级蒸汽抽空+高效水冷+液环泵机组方案,改造后蒸汽消耗、含硫污水量的产生均显著降低,装置能耗降低,经济效益显著。对于改造设计的工艺方案比选、流程、设备及布置、管道安装及改造后的应用效果进行了论述。

Abstract:The deep vacuum pumping system of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit III at SINOPEC Jinling Company consisted of third stages of steam vacuum pumping,in which wet air cooling and ordinary water cooling were used for the cooler downstream the vacuum extractor.However,the corrosion fouling was serious,the cooling effect was not good,and fluctuation vacuum was observed in the deep vacuum tower system.So it was necessary to revamp the system with a scheme using secondary steam pumping,high efficiency water cooling and liquid ring pump unit.After the revamping,the steam consumption and sulfur-containing sewage was significantly reduced,the energy consumption of the plant was reduced,and the economic benefit was remarkable.This paper discusses the comparison and selection of process schemes for the revamping and the design and application effect of process flow,layout and piping installation.
