| Abstract: | The lower mcises of five home rabbits were made of the periodontitis'animal model.Each rabbit's mcisor was irradiated by He-Ne laser with laser output power of 10 mW,spot diameter of 4mm,distance of 14cm,energy density of 747.8mJ/mm 2,and time of 10min.The rabbits were killed 1,3,7,14,21days after the treatment respectively and the morphological changes of the gingival,periodontal membrance,cement and alveolar bone were studied.We found that the cements of the lower incisors were normal by light microscope,the fibroblasts of the periodontal monbrance were obvious neogenesis.The possibility to use the He-Ne Laser in periodontal disease was discussed in this paper. |
