赣州离子型稀土冶炼分离企业安全标准化建设

摘    要:根据冶金等工贸企业安全生产标准化的基本规范要求和企业自身安全管理状况,分析赣州离子型稀土冶炼分离企业安全标准化体系基本要素和PDCA 运行模式,提出安全标准化体系的创建流程.基于离子型稀土冶炼分离企业安全标准化现代管理理念,将“6S 现场管理方法”融合到标准化体系中对企业进行安全管理,实现管理制度化、运行规范化、控制系统化,从而达到从本质上提高企业安全管理水平的目的.

Abstract:According to the basic specification requirements of safety production standardization in metallurgical and trade enterprises and their own situation of safety management, the basic elements of safety standardization system and PDCA running mode of smelting separation enterprises of ionic rare earth in Ganzhou are analyzed, and the establishing process of the system is proposed. Based on the modern management concept of melting separation enterprises of ionic rare earth safety standardization, "6S on-site management method" can be merged into standardization system for safety management, achieving the goals of institutionalized management, operation standardization and control systematization, so as to improve the level of safety management of the enterprises essentially.
