基于资源环境价值理念的火电厂电力调度策略研究

在火电厂节能环保电力调度策略的制定中，需要权衡政府导向下企业之间的利益关系。利用电力调度配置能源结构的优势．基于资源、环境价值理念实现入网火电企业之间的节能减排交易，能有效平衡各方面的关系，充分调动企业的积极性，节约行政资源，达到节能减排的目的。建立了火力发电企业之间的补偿机制．并对补偿算法进行了研究。

Research on Resource and Environmental Value Oriented Thermal Power Plant Dispatching

When making power dispatching strategies on energy conservation and environmental protection for thermal power plants, the interests of different enterprises under the government intervention must be balanced. To realize the tradings in energy saving and emission reduction between the thermal power generation enterprises in one grid by taking advantage of energy allocation by power dispatch and with resource and environmental value in consideration can, balance the relationship of the stakeholders, arouse their enthusiasm, save administrative resources and eventually achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. In this paper, the compensatory mechanism between thermal power generation enterprises is established and its algorithm is studied.
