摘    要:现设计并开发出一种动态提高输电线路容量的在线监测系统,它由监控管理系统和多个安装在架空线路耐张塔上的数据采集终端组成,通过GPRS/GSM网络完成数据的远程无线传输。研制的DLR数据采集系统基于C8051F040单片机,全天候实时监测线路张力以及风速、风向、环境温度和辐射温度等线路容量相关的气候信息,主要完成数据的采样、放大、滤波、处理、存储和无线传输。在硬件和软件两方面采取了有效措施,提高了整个在线监测系统的测量精度和抗干扰性。研制的在线监测系统目前处于试运行阶段,运行结果表明,该数据采集系统运行稳定、可靠,完全满足设计要求。

Abstract:A dynamic line rating(DLR) system which consists of a monitoring system and several data sampling terminals installed on the strain tower was developed.The DLR system is based on C8051F040 single chip processor and transmits its data through the GPRS/GSM network.Monitoring the line capacity related information on the line stress,wind velocity,environment temperature and radiation temperature,the system fulfills the tasks of data sampling,amplifying,filtering,processing,saving,and transmitting.The measurement accuracy and the anti-interference performance of the system were later improved through effective measures in both hardware and software.Commissioning results show that the system operates stably and reliably and fulfills its designed requirements.
