莱西膨润土选矿扩大试验研究

本研究以莱西中低品位钙基膨润土为研究对象,采用1段和2段水力旋流器分级提纯膨润土,通过研究给矿压力、给矿质量分数、沉砂口直径、原矿浸泡搅拌时间、钠化改型对产品纯度和回收率影响,研究矿浆质量分数对压滤机脱水效果和处理能力的影响,找出了分选的工艺条件,使蒙脱石含量1段分选的产品达到81.6%,2段分选精矿达到87.8%,中矿达到77.2%,可以满足多种工业原料的要求.

Medium-sized purification experiments of Laixi bentonite

This study focused on the purification of bentonite with low-medium grade in Laixi area.The bentonite was classified and purified by adopting one step and two steps hydrocyclones.On the basis of researching the influence of feeding pressure,pulp density,spigot diameter,soaking and agitating time,and sodium modification on the purity and recovery of products,and the influence of pulp density on dehydration effect and handling ability of filter press,appropriate technological conditions of separating bentonite were found.The concentrate grade of one step separation achieved 81.6%,the one of two steps separation 87.8%,and intermediate product grade(77.2%).
