| 摘 要： | 根据广西水利电业集团10kV配电网2009～2010年的供电可靠性指标数据,研究了该配电网供电可靠性管理方面存在的问题。根据影响配电网供电可靠性的因素分析,结合该配电网的自身特点,探讨了从配电网的合理规划、基础建设、运行维护、预安排停电、不停电作业等方面加强供电可靠性管理的有效措施。
