摘    要:小水电代燃料生态保护工程是我国为巩固退耕还林、天然林保护成果,解决农民燃料和农村能源、保护生态环境、促进农村经济社会全面发展而实施的一项惠民工程。本文在回顾我国小水电代燃料工程的发展现状基础上,对小水电代燃料工程的总体布局、取得的显著成效、成功经验、现存的主要问题及解决措施进行了分析,阐述了小水电代燃料工程对于生态保护与可持续发展的作用。

Abstract:Small hydropower alternating fuel ecological protection engineering is the outcome of China to strengthen the policy of returning land for farming to forestry and natural forest conservation, as well as a people-benefit project implemented for solving farmers' fuel and energy in rural areas, protecting the ecological environment, and promoting the overall development of rural economy and society. On the basis of reviewing status quo of develop- ment of the small hydropower alternating fuel project in China, this article analyzes the rele- vant overall layout, remarkable effectiveness, successful experience, existing problems and so- lutions, and expounds the role of small hydropower alternating fuel engineering for ecological protection and sustainable development.
