摘    要:介绍了以V~Al为催化体系,以己烷为溶剂,采用氢气为分子量调节剂合成出了组成、结构、第三单体含量、相对分子质量及相对分子质量分布与DSM公司4703产品基本相同的乙丙橡胶新牌号。应用评定结果表明,产品性能与国外同类产品质量水平相当。

Abstract:EPDM with high Mooney viscosity was synthesized using V-Al as catalyst system, hexane as solvent and hydrogen as molecular weight regulator. The resulting EPDM was similar to DSM company's 4 703 in composition, structure and content of the third monomer, as well as molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. Application evaluation results showed that the properties of the resulting product were equivalent with products of the same kind of foreign countries.
