| 摘 要： | 针对彩涂生产线要求卷取的带材表面光洁,带卷边部整齐的问题,设计了四斜楔式卷取机,卷筒表面进行磨削,设置了带钢纠偏装置,满足了彩涂生产线的工艺要求。对卷取主要参数张力和卷筒径向压力进行了计算。设备投产后,生产情况良好。
