摘    要:研究了高压下熔铁氨合成催化剂原始组成中FeO含量对催化剂性能的影响,发现在熔铁催化剂中,具有维氏体(W(?)stite,Fe_(1-x)O,0.04≤x≤0.10)相结构的氧化亚铁基氨合成催化剂具有最高活性,否定了磁铁矿(Fe_3O_4)相还原得到的催化剂具有最高活性的经典结论.实验结果表明,FeO基催化剂是目前工业上活性最高、活性温度最低、还原速度最快的一种低温低压新型氨合成催化剂.

Abstract:The influence of FeO content in the original composition of catalyst on the catalytic performance under high pressure was studied. The FeO catalyst with the Wustite structure(Fe1-xO, 0. 04≤x≤0. 10) was found to have the highest activity, which is opposed to the classical conclusion that the catalyst manufactured from reduction of magnetite (Fe3O4) has the best performance. Our experiments showed that the FeO based catalyst is a new-type of industrial ammonia synthesis catalyst with the highest activity, the lowest active temperature and the fastest rate of reduction.
