双蓄热式加热炉的技术改造

摘    要:针对天钢长材厂1#蓄热式加热炉较短时间运行后,由于炉压过大,造成相关附属设备频繁烧损、加热质量差、产量低、燃耗高等问题,通过对全部烧嘴阀门、原PLC程序进行合理改进,使加热炉各项经济技术指标大幅提升,产量增加了10%以上,燃耗降低30%以上,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of frequent burn and damage of auxiliary equipment,poor heating quality,low production and high fuel consumption caused by big furnace pressure after short time running,reasonable improvement on all burner valves and old PLC program was carried out in regenerative type reheat furnace 1 at Long Product Plant,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited.After modification,all economic and technical indices were substantially lifted with over 10%yield increase and more than 30%fuel consumption reduction.In sum,good economic and environmental benefits were achieved.
