摘    要:一直以来,三相异步电动机的保护都以继电保护模式为主,这样的保护方式是基于电流、电压等运行测量值参照对比它们的设定值的一种动作保护。通过对异步电动机轴承温度和转子/定子摩擦声音的比较,并按照一定的控制规则,使异步电动机在继电保护的基础上完善其保护功能,增加了异步电动机的安全系数。

Abstract:The relay protection mode has always been the main protection mode for three-phase asynchronous motor, such protection mode is a kind of action protection based on that the measured values in motor operation, such as current, voltage, etc. are compared with their set values. By means of comparisons in bearing temperatures, and also in rotor and stator rubbing sounds of asynchronous motor and according to the definite control regulations, the protective functions of asynchronous motor are improved on the basis of relay protection to enhance safety factor of asynchronous motor.
