含间歇性分布式电源的配电系统风险评估

摘    要:为定量评估间歇性分布式电源接入配电系统所造成的影响,改进了分布式电源随机模型,建立配电系统线路随机故障概率模型,基于全概率理论在风险评估中考虑了线路随机故障。建立电压越限与失负荷的节点级和系统级两级风险指标,以综合评价系统中多种随机因素的影响,实现了配电系统运行风险的量化评估。通过标准测试算例IEEE 33节点系统,验证了所提算法的实用性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to study the influence on the distribution system when distributed generator(DG)is accessed, probabilistic load flow based on the total probability theory is proposed. An improved probabilistic model of DG is established. Meanwhile the random failure of transmission lines is also taken into account. The security risk of the system is quantified and the drawbacks of the system are distinguished through a two-stage(nodal and systemic stage voltage off-limit and loss of load)risk index created. The calculation results provide the basis and support for the planning of DG. The correctness and feasibility of the proposed methodology are tested by an IEEE 33-bus distribution system with DGs.
