血锌、铁、铅水平与婴幼儿佝偻病的关系

摘    要:
目的探讨血锌(Zn2+)、铁(Fe2+)、铅(Pb2+)水平与婴幼儿佝偻病的关系。方法从2006年9月至2008年6月在江西省妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊体检检查出佝偻病患儿中随机选择出216例作为研究组;选择同期在江西省妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊体检的健康儿童220名作为健康对照组。采用原子吸收光谱仪检测2组血Zn2+、Fe2+水平,采用钨舟原子吸收光谱仪检测血Pb2+水平。结果研究组血Zn2+、Fe2+水平均显著低于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.01);研究组血Pb2+水平显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。研究组Zn、Fe缺乏的检出率均显著高于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.01);研究组Pb中毒的检出率显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对患佝偻病的婴幼儿应考虑检测微量元素,以便早期发现Zn、Fe缺乏和高血Pb,并给予相应的处理,从而提高佝偻病的治疗效果。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship of blood zinc(Zn2+),iron(Fe2+) and lead(Pb2+) levels to rickets in infants and preschool children.Methods The levels of Zn2+and Fe2+were measured by atomic absorption spectrometer and levels of Pb2+were detected by atomic absorption spectrometer using tungsten boat furnace-sample in 216 rickets children who were randomly selected from child health clinics of maternal and child health hospital of Jiangxi province between September 2006 and June 2008(study group).During the same period,200 health children were chosen as the healthy control group.Results Rickets children had significantly lower blood Zn2+and Fe2+ levels and obviously higher blood Pb2+ levels than healthy control children(all P0.01).Compared with healthy control group,the detection rates of Zn and Fe deficiencies and Pb poisoning significantly increased in study group(all P0.01). Conclusion Trace elements should be determined in infants and preschool children with rickets for early detection and treatment of Zn and Fe deficiencies and Pb poisoning to enhance therapeutic efficacy in rickets.
